I lead all aspects of the product design including brand & marketing strategy, UI design, full-stack build, & continuous deployment. SMDA was built from the ground up to serve the larger purpose of creating a Learning Management System for music educators to disseminate and monetize their curriculum online. I also created a subscription marketplace for music instructors to teach as well as sell their lessons.
I was involved in all design aspects of this product; competitive analysis, brand strategy, marketing, usability, user surveys and gathering feedback, market research, product requirements, design briefs, UI design, information architecture, wireframing, functional prototyping, user-flows, product diagrams, UI and visual design.
